helpful staff convenient printer coffee machine
The front desk staff was super helpful . They really were very good. I needed a document printed. The business area had a printer. There was also a convenient coffee machine in the business area. I found this to be a great perk.

the hotel has a great location near many attractions and restaurants. the staff were very helpful with directions. i appreciated the free coffee machine in the lobby (it really helped in the mornings!).
the room felt a bit dated, needing some repairs. i noticed some peeling on the floorboards in the room. the bathroom was quite small with limited counter space.

The location was alright. Everything i wanted to see was nearby.
the room wasn't what i expected. it looked old. the bathroom wasn't very clean. the shower pressure was weak, hard to get clean.

excellent central location
prime location easy access convenient walking distance
i found the hotel to be in a prime location with easy access to various amenities. the central station, downtown area, and waterfront were all within a convenient walking distance. i appreciated the proximity to transportation, restaurants, shops, and subway stations. the airport bus stop was also conveniently located nearby.
i noticed a strong odor in the hallway on my floor. it detracted from the overall experience. i hope the hotel addresses this issue to improve guest comfort.

my room was recently updated and was fresh. the bathroom was quite large. the bed linens and towels were clean and of good quality. i thought the bed and pillows provided excellent comfort for resting.

i was impressed with the coffee machine in the lobbywith a convenient amenity. cora's restaurant is conveniently located in close proximity, providing easy dining options. the pub offered a pleasant atmosphere for evening relaxation, and i commend the staff, especially maria and charlie.
